Godspeed is a sanctuary more than it is a workplace for our crew. They have all sacrificed in ways not easily quantifiable in order to make this dream a reality. Working harder for less monitary reward is often what it takes to make something new into something better. There have been many good people to come and go over the course of our construction. You'll find that the amazing few who remain are the most loyal, steadfast and hardest working group of persons you will ever meet. Strangely, while they have sacrificed more than anyone, they are the last ones who would ever complain. Our crew is the reason Godspeed is so special.
Desirae: Assistant Sales Manager
Desirae is Godspeed's assistant sales manager. She is the one you will usually find on the other end of the phone line and the first one to greet a new patron. Des is the glue that keeps the customer and their gear going in the same direction. She'll check on your parts order and make sure you get fitted properly for your gear. Des will even drop you at BART if you need a ride. It's people like her that make our shop what it is.

Joel "The Kid" Bruno: Service Technician
Joel is the Jack-of-all-Trades in our service department. He can rebuild your engine, powder coat your frame, dyno verify your performance and everything in between. Having been a professional mechanic for many years, Joel tackles all maintenance jobs with precision and attention to detail. If "The Kid" says your bike is ready to roll, then your bike is ready to roll!

Sean "Ol' Chango": Master Harley Davidson Technician
"Ol' Chango" is our Master Harley-Davidson technician. He was a top technician at Dudley Perkins; the oldest Harley dealership in the world. Chango is up to speed on all the latest Harley updates and his expertise includes: complete engine/transmission tear-down and assembly, all levels of maintenance, performance modifications, fuel-injection & electrical system diagnosis, suspension adjustment, frame-up restoration and ground-up custom builds. He has seen it all! Procuring the best talent in the industry is the only way to ensure that your ride will receive the best service; and with Ol' Chango, that is exactly what you get.

Julio is the Godspeed service coordinator; your customer service advocate. Whether your ride is in for a basic service or a ground up custom overhaul, he'll keep you informed as to what needs to be done, how much it's going to cost and when it'll be ready. Julio is here to keep you informed and to make sure you get exactly what you want and your ride needs. He is also a Factory Certified Master Technician for Aprilia, Moto-Guzzi and Triumph, was the lead technician and service manager for Moto Italiano, served as a Pit Crew Mechanic for the Tag Ducati Race Team and served our country as a Mechanic in the United States Marine Corp.

Zoe Nauman has an eye for aesthetic sublimity which rounds the rough edges of Godspeed. Her father, Bruce Nauman, universally regarded as the father of conceptual art, greatly influenced her vision. Zoe manages the Godspeed Cafe, Art Gallery, web-site and front office. A portion of her acclaimed show "The Lower Bottoms," featuring her photographic documentation of the East Bays Rats Motorcycle Club and their antics, is installed in Godspeed's upper gallery. Zoe's latest show was recently displayed at the Dwight Hackett Projects gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico and at Bale Creek Allen's Gallery 68 in Austin, Texas. Check out more info on her work.

He graduated U.C Berkeley, studying Philosophy, Mechanical Engineering & Business, and was a top ranked kumite competitor as a fighter on the North American circuit ckakarate.com. Dan gained mechanical notoriety in the eighties for pioneering undetectable nitrous oxide systems for motorcycles and automotive fuel-injected turbo applications. Some of his fondest memories were forged around the events surrounding his build of the first known GSX-R 7/11. Dan's greatest achievement, however, has to be building Godspeed; a place where he can do what he loves with his closest friends.
